Massey Ferguson 135 tractor mechanically restored NO VAT enthusiast required

  
This is a Coventry built (1966), Massey Ferguson 135, one owner from new with genuine very low hours (3,730). Shes is completely original (with an aftermarket safety roll bar fitted) and, having spent her life on an arable farm as opposed to a dairy environment where they suffer terrible rot etc. Is in very good condition cosmetically (far too good to require full renovation). Normally we undertake a full (mechanical and cosmetic) restoration BUT this tractor is so original its worth saving as she is so we have mechanically restored/fully overhauled, serviced and replaced the usual waring parts where required. The engine oil pressure is very high (see photos) and the hydraulic pump is kicking out 3,500 psi (so just like new).

She has 4 good tyres (see photos) and a diverter valve fitted for tipping trailers, running a log splitter etc. A full list of parts used is set out below but can be summarised as follows. Steering: Complete steering box overhaul, new track rod ends and steering wheel. Front axle: New bearings, bushes and pin. Pivot pin upgrade (to the greaseable model).

New linkage including top and lower links, stabilisers. Engine: New radiator, hoses, lift pump, spin on filter conversion, exhaust, water pump.

Electrical: New battery and alternator conversion (old dynamo retained if required). Brakes: Half shaft seals replace, new brake shoes, springs and adjusters. Body: New lights, seat cushion. Service: Full engine, hydraulic and steering box fluid replacement, antifreeze. In summary this is a really nice, original and very collectable tractor, which is only going up in value. The lucky owner can put her straight to work, admire her in the shed and use her for tractor runs and/or undertake a full cosmetic renovation over time.
