Massey Ferguson 165 tractor with loader uprated engine & low hours. This is my faithful Massey Ferguson 165 tractor, fitted with a removable Massey Ferguson 40 loader with 3. In the summer weve used the tractor fitted with a post rammer and used the loader to load fencing stakes, wire etc.

In the winter shes been used to load and haul timber back to our yard ready for processing into blocks for wood stoves. The bucket comes with the tractor. The original Perkins AD4:212 engine (58hp, 51hp at the pto) seized and was completely replaced by her previous owner with the larger capacity AD4:236 engine (69hp, 59hp at the pto) - fully refurbished before fitting with new clutch. The replacement engine has done less than 1,300 hours (see the replacement clock fitted at the time). Later type square axle with wet brakes. Standard 6 speed transmission (non-multipower - Hurrah). Fully refurbished AD4:236 engine (69hp, 59hp at the pto) and clutch (done less than 1,300 hours since fitting).

Recent full service (all oils and filters changed). New link arms with interchangeable Cat I and Cat II balls included. Automatic hitch (with claw and jaw tow brackets included).

Alternator conversion (no more flat batteries). New exhaust (with rain cap). New flexy cab roof and side curtains (no doors or windscreen). All lights fitted and working. Rear tyres are like new (14.9 R28). Front tyres are new (750 x 16). V5 available and registered in my name. Removable from the tractor with quick release couplings on all hydraulic lines. Hydraulic service/crowd for operating a bucket, grab etc. It comes with some spares including a new steering drag link and a replacement temperature gauge (the old one got broken). Please see the small dent in the top of the bonnet where someone has repaired previously. We are located between Gloucester and Bristol, about 2 miles from junction 14 of the M5 motorway.
