Protective Covers for Ferguson classic tractors. This means that the covers will change from being two tone olive green and silver to being all olive green. These protective covers have been designed to give a nearly tailored fit by using the appropriate cover from our range of over a dozen different shapes and sizes of cover. They are suitable if your tractor is in long term storage, or in every day use and can be used continuously outdoors as well as inside a barn or storage area. We always use breathable fabrics suitable for continuous outdoor use protecting against the freezing ravages of winter and the heat of summer.

A simple to use strap system holds the cover in place. If you are going to leave the cover on for extended periods or in a very exposed place you might also consider roping the cover onto the tractor for added security against the very strong winds we might occasionally get. There are four extra webbing loops sewn into the hem to help with roping the cover down. Protection from natural pollutants like bird droppings and tree sap, snow and ice, acid rain, industrial pollutants, ultra-violet radiation and hot sunshine if used outside.

Also protects from dust and airborne dirt if used inside. Suitable for all-year-round outdoor use as well as being used inside. Highly effective theft deterrent by simply hiding what is under the cover. All our covers are supplied with their own storage bag. These covers are designed to fit original historical tractors.

The addition of large lights or mirrors will also change how well the cover fits. We make our covers without pockets for exhausts and air filters. The exhaust stack and (if applicable) air filter must be removed for the cover to fit.

If they cannot be removed the very simplest solution is for you to carefully cut a hole in the cover so it can be fitted over the obstacle; you will need to hem the cut to maintain the integrity of the fabric. (The fabric can be easily sewn by hand or with a domestic sewing machine).

If your tractor has been fitted with a roll bar (ROPS) generally speaking these covers will not fit. If the roll bar folds forward and adds very little to the height and width of the tractor an unmodified cover might fit. Send us a photo of your tractor and I can advise you.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TYRES : The fit of the cover can depend greatly on the track of the wheels. There are several ways the width of the track can be changed, from simply moving the front wheels wider on the tracking bar to turning the back wheels around. The fit of the cover assumes about the minimum track of all wheels.

It will fit over the tractor if the track is wider but may end up being tighter than our picture shows or in extreme cases you may need a larger cover. If you have fitted modern tyres to your tractor then they may have a larger diameter and/or be wider which can also change how well the cover fits. The item "Ferguson Tractor Covers.
