Massey ferguson 3070 4wd 40kph, Loader & Attachments. NO VAT

  

For sale is my Massey Ferguson 3070 year 1989 4WD 40KPH, 32 speed gearbox with speedshift, & just 4110 hours, 93hp, I have worked in farming & agriculture all my life but this has been my hobby tractor & pride & joy. Most of the work has been done by main dealer peacock & binnington, i will list some of the jobs done which can all be backed up with tractor hours & dates on invoices/bills. New 3 piece clutch kit, friction plate, pressure plate, spigot bearing, & flywheel, crankshaft oil seal, they also made the tractor do 40kph by removing the epicyclic & doing a common procedure which is well known if your in to 3000 series fergys. The month after i sent it back in because it had a small oil weep that ran down the engine block which irritated me because it just made a mess, they said there was a oil gallery which runs close to the outside of the head & block & that the oil was weeping on the outside of the gasket, they said it was nothing to worry about but i told them i wanted it fixing.

They took the cylinder head off & sent it to a machine shop where it was checked over, stripped & rebuilt. The engine block bores & pistons/rings were inspected and found to be perfect. The head was put back on with a genuine agco head gasket & the inlet/exhaust rocker gaskets were replaced too, i still have what was left over from the full gasket kit.

The tractor has just had a new main hydraulic pump fitted as the original was just starting to slow down, new hydraulic filter & backend oil. The loader was fitted in december 2014 with 4100 hours on the tractor, it has only done 10 hours work since it was fitted and that's over the course of 5 years. The loader is a Howard fx16 parallel linkage, (Quicke) It has a lift capacity of 2.1 tones and lift height of 4.15 meters. Electric third service & new control leavers & cables. The hydraulic pipes are piped properly in to tractor & not in to the rear spools. There is a bucket, set of pallet tines & concrete counter weight, set of dual wheel (tyres need replacing) and a full set of 10 front counter weights 45kg each. The tractors autotronic functions as it should, four wheel braking, four wheel drive, diff lock, three point linkage control, up/down buttons on mudguard.

There is a job that will need doing on the tractor if it is not used regularly, the brakes need bleeding because the rubber o ring in the rear brake pistons is worn. The item "Massey ferguson 3070 4wd 40kph, Loader & Attachments. NO VAT" is in sale since Monday, December 2, 2019.
