MASSEY FERGUSON FE35 1958 tractor

  
Here for sale is my Massey Ferguson 1958 FE35 diesel deluxe model. I have had this tractor for a number of years and will be sad to see it go. This tractor was originally built under licence by the standard Motor Company, so it is in its original colours of Flint Grey Metallic, not Stoneleigh Grey, and Massey Harris Red. It was originally built as a deluxe model so came from factory with 12.4 ×28 rear tyres and 6.00×16 front tyres, not the standard 11.2×28 and 4.00×19. It also features dual clutch and deluxe high backed seat. It is fitted with two 6 volt batteries with Lucas battery cover as original. There has been extensive work carried out on the engine including new pistons, new piston rings, liners, new white metal, oil pump, new pre-stretched timing chain, tensioner, crankshaft sprocket and water pump.

The cylinder head has had new valves, new valve guides, new valve seats, skimmed and pressure tested. The original injection pump was fully reconditioned, as were the injectors and lift pump; also a new tacho drive was fitted. The transmission has had new wheel bearings with seals and new PTO bearing and seal. The front axle has been rebuilt with new pivot bush, the kingpins have been re-bushed with new bearings and the front hubs have had new bearings and seals. The linkages had a new leveling box with the old style handle, balls, pins and bushes replaced.

There have been lots more new parts, too many to list. Also comes with a certificate of manufacture from AGCO UK. The condition of this tractor speaks for itself; as you can see in the photos it's only done just over 1 hour on the clock since all the work has been carried out. The asking price will not recoup all that has been spent on this tractor. Serious offers will be considered.
