MASSEY FERGUSON MF 20 8 BALER conventional small square bailer

  
MF 20 baler as per pictures. All in working order and just baled the bales in the pictures. I bought this baler after a lifelong intrigue with how balers and knotters worked. Ive scratched that itch, done a load of work on the baler so it needs to go off to do some proper work. I bought the baler in "working order" needing a service and tidy up but it needed a little more than that! The plunger bottom tracks were rusted and deformed so the plunger has been out and new bottom tracks and a full set of Nylube wear pads fitted. Haydogs freed off and broken spring replaced. Two new wooden packer fingers fitted with good used spare/template included with the baler. New front PTO section fitted. Anything Ive worked on has been waxoyled.

The original bale chute(repaired) is included but the mounting brackets are missing. The previous owner had fabricated a bale chute as you can see in the pictures. Operation, fault finding and maintenance manual and box of shear bolts included. Defects that I know about are.

2 x porcelain twine guides are missing under the needle cage but knotters work fine. Tyres are perished but hold air. I towed the baler 40 miles on the tyres but thats no guarantee they wont go pop next week or next year.

I have a good spare tyre thats included with the sale. Right hand hub cap is missing but hub is covered with tape. You are welcome to come and veiw the baler and/or run some hay through it.
